Viola Chen founded Kuan’s Living in Milan and Taipei. She looked at the global home textiles market and worked with 100-year-old haute couture Italian workshops to introduce high-grade custom-made bedding to Asia, and then to the whole world.

Combining European high-end materials and creative design, Kuan’s Living brings new value to modern home textiles, focusing on innovation, detail, and comfort. Working in collaboration with Adolfo Carrara to develop the Emanuel Ungaro Home collection of international fine bedding, which was launched at the MAISON & OBJECT home show in Paris. Exquisite, meticulous, forward-looking, and tasteful, the Kuan’s Living Group comprises a number of globally marketed autonomous brands.

Bringing Local Industry Standards to International Levels

With over 25 years’ experience in aesthetic design, Kuan’s Living is building on this tradition and helping Taiwanese manufacturers to raise standards, with ground-breaking cross-industry collaborations, developing products for international luxury department stores, five-star hotels, yachts, internationally renowned airlines. At the same time, Kuan’s Living is working with China’s largest hotel supply group, expanding into industries relating to life’s joys, such as our weddings and gifts series.

Clients include the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Taipei, the Shanghai Jian Ye Li Capella Hotel, and other six-star hotels, as well as China Airlines, major European and American airlines, and luxury private airlines.

The Kuan’s Living Group’s business covers the whole world, with private business orders in New York, Paris, Milan, London, Amman, Shanghai, Vienna, Munich, Geneva, Zurich, and Salzburg.

K’space/Voyage Aesthetics of Living Creative Platform

Passing on international high living aesthetics with both taste and practicality, Kuan’s Living uses K’space and Kuan’s Voyage as platforms for aesthetics of living to create a unique taste of youth.

Inviting experts from Taiwan and abroad to share their unique aesthetic insights and cultivate customer appreciation, our emerging designer cultivation program seeks to find a creative stage for Taiwan’s young talent. We actively participate in charity work, and continue to provide Sunshine Social Welfare Foundation beneficiaries with sewing machines to enable them to make quilts and pillows so that they can have a sense of accomplishment and make a living, but also learn skills to become independent
